Critters Bitters

The infamous Critters Bitters is now available for purchase. 

Previously kept exclusively for in-house use, Critters Bitters have been a favourite cocktail ingredient during our Distillery Experience Tours.

These aromatic cocktail bitters are an in-house creation combining fresh orange peel, cinnamon, coriander seed, caraway, cardamon along with a number of other unique herbs and spices.

Flavourful and herbaceous, these bitters are sparingly added to tonics & soda or to give your favourite cocktail an extra boost.
